Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions & billing
FaceFury plans are monthly subscriptions billed in advance. Each plan renews automatically at the then-current price at the start of every billing period until you cancel. The plan, price, and billing interval are shown on the pricing page before checkout, and your renewal date is shown in your account.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account → Subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewals; it takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep full access to your plan until then. There are no cancellation fees and no lock-in contracts.
3. Refunds
Because FaceFury is a digital service delivered immediately, fees already charged for a billing period are generally non-refundable once searches have been used in that period. We will, however, review refund requests in good faith and case by case, including for duplicate charges, billing errors, or where a payment was made in error and the service was not used.
To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of the charge via our contact form with your account email and the charge details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
4. Chargebacks
If you don't recognise a charge or have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Charges appear on your statement as FACEFURY.COM.
