Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of FaceFury.com (the "Service"). It supplements our Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to follow this AUP. We may suspend or terminate accounts and remove access for violations, and we cooperate with law enforcement where required.

1. You must

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Use the Service lawfully and in compliance with all applicable privacy, data-protection, and biometric regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Have a lawful basis for any search you run, and respect the rights of the people who appear in results.

2. You must not

• Use the Service to stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, dox, or surveil any person.
• Search for, or attempt to identify, minors (anyone under 18).
• Re-identify a person in order to extort, blackmail, defame, or discriminate against them, or to facilitate any of the above by others.
• Build or sell profiles, dossiers, or databases about individuals without a lawful basis and their rights honoured.
• Use results to locate, contact, or expose someone against their will, including outing private accounts.
• Violate intellectual-property or publicity rights, or use results in a way that breaches GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute results or the Service, or attempt to bypass rate limits, blocks, or the opt-out/protection system.
• Use the Service for any unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purpose.

3. Reporting & enforcement

If you believe content or use of the Service violates this AUP, report it via our Trust & Safety page — including reporting an image of a minor (no account or ID required) or filing a DMCA/abuse report. Anyone can opt out and block their likeness. We review reports manually and may remove content, block likenesses, and suspend accounts.
