Accuracy depends heavily on image quality. A clear, frontal photo typically yields match confidence scores above 85%. Side-profile shots or low-resolution images will produce lower confidence scores. Results are ranked by similarity so you can judge relevance yourself.

Blurred thumbnails and hidden source URLs are shown on free and Basic accounts to preview the depth of results. Upgrading to Basic, Founder, or Unlimited removes all blurring and reveals the full source link for every match.

Each search processes one face at a time. If you upload an image with multiple people, you'll be prompted to select which face to use as the query. Running searches on each face separately gives the most accurate results.

We continuously look for new content. Most public images are indexed within 24–72 hours of publication. Older content may take longer depending on the source domain.

Searches time out after 3 minutes. If your search is frozen, refresh the page and try again. Persistent issues are usually caused by an unusually large image or a temporary spike in queue load. Try resizing your image to under 2MB before re-submitting.

This means our we couldn't find a usable face in your image. Common causes: the face is too small in the frame, heavily obscured, very low resolution, or at an extreme angle. Crop the image so the face fills at least 50% of the frame and try again.
